Repair/Replacement request

SP electronics always works to maintain a high quality level of its products. Moreover, we want for our customer the bigger possible satisfaction thanks to the helpfulness which always distinguish us.

In the case some trouble in the use of one of our products would present, please see all the related technical documentation or contact the Technical Assistance from 2 to 5 pm (Italian time) from Monday to Friday at (0039) 444334677 or send us an e-mail to the address tech@spelectronics.it.


If you wanto start a material return procedure, please:

  • Read carefully our "Guarantee Conditions" .
  • Download and fill in all its parts the "Repair request form" .
  • Send at your expenses the material including the repair request form and a copy of the purchase invoice.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: for out of warranty products, delivery charges and repair bill will be assigned to customer!
