Are SP products covered by warranty?
SP electronics' products are covered by a 2-year warranty (1 year commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer and 1 year provided by the seller/distributor by law), the activation period of which runs from the date of issue of the invoice or receipt which, in the event of product failure, must be received with the product. Products are excluded from the warranty if they have suffered:
- Damage caused by a fall.
- Tampering by the user.
- Damage from fire and/or heat beyond the limits indicated in the instruction sheet.
- Electrical damage due to incorrect installation.

Repair/service time
